W series · Horizontal rubber injection machines
Series illustration; the delivered configuration depends on the selected model.

Review a horizontal layout when the mould opening direction, part release and downstream handling call for it. Demoulding and automation options must be matched to the model, mould and compound.

Standard equipment, optional equipment and custom engineering are different scopes. Final specifications and performance criteria are confirmed in the applicable quotation and technical agreement.

Plan the horizontal production flow

For a W project, review how the mould opens, how the rubber part releases and where the part and runner go next. Confirm whether the process needs brush demoulding, ejection, collection or another available handling arrangement. The mould design and compound influence the choice.

Check clearance and downstream interfaces

Discuss the mould envelope, access for maintenance and the connection to any collection or downstream equipment. Horizontal machines have their own model-specific options; vertical-machine shuttle or sliding-platen choices must not be assumed to apply to W.

What to confirm before choosing a machine

  • Part drawing, dimensions, compound, hardness and any inserts.
  • Mould dimensions, cavities, installation interfaces and opening clearance.
  • Required shot volume, including runners, and the production target.
  • Demoulding method, cold runner requirements, utilities and delivery destination.

Prepare a useful machine inquiry

Send your drawing and compound information with the selected series or model. Include mould dimensions, cavities, shot requirements, target output and destination. If the model is not yet decided, describe the part and process first.
