SE series · Vertical rubber injection machines
Series illustration; the delivered configuration depends on the selected model.

Explore SE configurations around your mould, injection unit and handling requirements. Available options depend on the selected model; a series name does not define every machine configuration.

Standard equipment, optional equipment and custom engineering are different scopes. Final specifications and performance criteria are confirmed in the applicable quotation and technical agreement.

Fit the press to the mould

For an SE project, review the heating platen, tie-bar clearance, mould thickness and opening stroke together. Check whether the mould and inserts can be loaded and the part removed within the available space. A larger injection volume alone does not resolve a mould-space constraint.

Coordinate injection and handling

The selected SE model determines the injection and handling choices shown in the configurator. Discuss compound feeding, mould movement and cold runner connections as a coordinated scope. Where an option changes the machine layout, confirm its installation space and interfaces before ordering.

What to confirm before choosing a machine

  • Part drawing, dimensions, compound, hardness and any inserts.
  • Mould dimensions, cavities, installation interfaces and opening clearance.
  • Required shot volume, including runners, and the production target.
  • Demoulding method, cold runner requirements, utilities and delivery destination.

Prepare a useful machine inquiry

Send your drawing and compound information with the selected series or model. Include mould dimensions, cavities, shot requirements, target output and destination. If the model is not yet decided, describe the part and process first.
